The Son Harvest~ Growing the Fruit of the Spirit!

This week, M-Th we had VBS at our church. As the nursery coordinators, Michelle and I are pretty much expected to be in charge of making the arrangements for all of the workers children that can't attend regular VBS. Regular VBS is for rising 1st graders- rising 6th graders, so we plan for the Infant-rising K5. Michelle really has a passion (she won't admit it, but she does) for planning VBS and comes up with exceptional ideas and then gets it all done somehow. I only helped out this year in the smallest way possible, but was blessed by VBS in huge measures! (As were all the children-HOPEFULLY) Here is a little overview of our week. Well, at least the stuff I could remember.

We hope your week was filled with the fruit of the spirit...

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.
Galatians 16:22-25

Ya'll were precious in your matching shirts.

VBS is always the my children's favorite memories. It was super fun this year. Jackson is still talking about Ms. Becca and his friends in his class. God is working in their little hearts. May they never know a day without their Heavenly Father!
